Refund policy

Return Policy:

• All full priced returned merchandise is accepted for STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD OR EXCHANGES ONLY.

• We have a 14 day merchandise return policy.  All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date.  After 14 days, returns cannot be received or exchanged.

• For items to be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be returned in the original condition received, e.g. unworn, unwashed, unused.  All items must be in the original packaging if applicable.  If items have makeup, deodorant or miscellaneous stains, we will not accept the returned merchandise nor will a store credit / gift card or merchandise exchange be issued.   

• Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift Cards
• Sale Items (20% Off or Greater)
• Special Occasion (Formal Apparel)

• If the customer receives an item that is damaged or incorrect from Cynthia Elliot Boutique, please contact us at info@cynthiaelliot.com or call us at 972-562-8004 for assistance.

• To complete the return, we require a copy of the original receipt.

• Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your items based on the above listed requirements to determine if the product meets our return policy.  We will notify you by email of the decision.

• If the returned item is approved, then a store credit / gift card or exchange will be issued for later use.  Store credits / gift cards are valid for 1 year from date issued.

Sale Items:

• Only full priced items may be returned for store credit / gift card or exchange of merchandise.  All (Sale/Clearance) purchases are final and non-refundable.

Return Instructions:

• Please review our Return Policy above to ensure you meet all return requirements prior to shipping.  Returns that do not meet the return policy will not be accepted. 

• Please include a copy of the original receipt with return shipping.

• Send all returns to the address below.

• Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• We recommend retaining a copy of your tracking number for returned merchandise.  We will send you an email once your store credit / gift card or exchange is available.  Please allow 2 - 4 business days for the processing of your return upon our receipt of the merchandise.
